Grand Plan Games uses the information you choose to provide only for the purposes explained here.

Email updates

If you ask to receive updates, we collect your email address so we can send occasional news about Grand Plan Games and our work. Consent is our lawful basis. Zoho Campaigns sends a confirmation message, and you are added to the mailing list only after using its confirmation link.

Every update includes an unsubscribe route. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Service providers

Cloudflare processes the website request and applies abuse controls. Zoho Campaigns, hosted for this account in its United Kingdom data centre, processes the email address, confirmation, mailing preference, delivery and unsubscribe records. These suppliers may use approved subprocessors and international processing under their contractual data protection arrangements.

Retention and deletion

Confirmed subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for erasure, subject to limited records needed to respect suppression, legal and security requirements. Unconfirmed signup records will be reviewed monthly and removed after 30 days. Zoho states that detailed campaign reports may be retained for five years. Open and click tracking will not be used for this mailing list.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access, correction, export, restriction or erasure of your information, or object to its use. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. To make a request, email privacy@grandplangames.com. We may need to verify that the address belongs to you.

Cookies and tracking

The site does not use visitor analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. The signup gateway validates the request and applies a short-lived abuse limit without placing an email address in application logs.

Direct email

If you choose to email hello@grandplangames.com, your message is handled through the normal systems used to receive and reply to email. Do not send sensitive information by email.
